Architectures, given away.

Complete system designs published openly without commercial intent. The architecture itself is the deliverable — a contribution to the design space rather than a business plan. Each one specifies a system thoroughly enough to be built by anyone with the formulation expertise, manufacturing access, and capital to execute it.

A Modular Architecture for Real-Food Meal Replacement

The meal replacement category claims complete nutrition and structurally cannot deliver it at current price points. The reason is architectural: human nutritional needs split into two structurally different categories, and forcing both through a single fortified product creates dose compromises that no formulation can solve. This design separates the two delivery problems into the products that can each handle them honestly — a real-food freeze-dried shake plus a small daily water-soluble pod — and specifies the system in enough detail to be built.
